Gianna joined The McGann Group in 2024 as a Real Estate Sales Specialist.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Gianna found herself moving to Maryland with her family and now lives in Harford County where she finally learned to pump her own gas.

Gianna obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Marketing from Towson University. After graduating, she ventured down multiple paths in search of her true passion, ultimately discovering her calling in the field of real estate.

Gianna's personable nature and adeptness in fast-paced environments led her to begin her real estate journey in commercial real estate. However, it was when she transitioned to residential properties that everything fell into place, and she found the perfect fit for her talents and aspirations.

The years she devoted to the hospitality sector honed her skills, empowering her to offer high quality service to her clients. She takes pride in her robust work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and unwaveringly positive attitude. Her aim is to establish a sense of comfort and ease with the process of buying, selling, or leasing a home by maintaining clear communication and providing regular updates along the way.

When she's not tending to her clients' needs, you'll likely find her immersed in a good book, refining her Italian cooking skills in an attempt to rival her dad's culinary expertise, or persuading herself not to indulge in unnecessary clothing purchases
