"Before we put our house on the market, we put an offer on a short-sale property that just went up for sale. Ben and The McGann Group then had to list our home that we had owned for ten years within 5 days after that. Ben was phenomenal every step of the way and very communicable.

We had 24 showings in 35 days before accepting an offer and throughout the process Ben was very patient, gave us great advice, and encouragement when things became stressful. He answered every call and question we had.

Following the sale of our house, Ben stuck by us and guided us throughout the year long process of buying a nightmare short-sale that turned out to be the longest on his record. You name it, it happened during our home buying process. All of which was of no fault of our own or his. Every time we wanted to see a different house, he showed us. We even had to put him in some awkward situations with the Seller’s short-sale negotiator.

If you're not familiar with a short sale, they can take anywhere from 6 months to 9 months depending on the circumstances. During the Covid-19 pandemic it turned into just 20 days shy of a year. We felt sorry for Ben's wife as we know how much time we soaked up of his. We also know she probably thought he would never get rid of us either. Hahaha.

In the end, Ben's encouragement, advice, patience, kindness, honesty and all of his calming personal and professional skills helped us land a great deal that we all never thought would happen. He never let the ball drop and always communicated and met every need of ours. He always was on top of things and never once left any questions unanswered. Ben went above and beyond to help us during our difficult, long and exhausting process. We had a year to get to know Ben and some days we talked 2 and 3 times a day. In the end Ben became a friend and more than a Realtor to us.
